The Teacher Contest! - A weeklong mystery we run for you.

“Someone in your school has been leading a double life…!”

The Teacher’s Contest is a professional, week-long mystery contest that fits into the background of any normal workweek, instantly injecting energy and smiles. Consistently rated 10 out of 10, this is the perfect way to bring your entire school family together for unforgettable fun.

You fill out the setup file and then we take it from there. Teams are all recruited by different countries to represent them, complete missions, and win this contest! Everything then culminates with one of the most joyous 30-45 minute staff meeting finales that you will ever hold, or a virtual contest if your staff is unable to meet together.

The Essential Start-of-Year Staff Builder

Everyone wants the most effective team building to start the year, but it needs to fit into your schedule. This packet contains half a dozen quick, easy activities you use during meetings or informally as the staff returns.  You’ll set the tone and spread smiles while keeping everything flexible and easy to manage.

Staff Care Week.

If your staff is rundown and feeling overworked, come to the rescue with a Staff Care Week.

Principal’s Book of Secrets - Students & Staff Both Participate

Though perfect for Halloween, this can easily be run at any time of the year. It is based off the movie National Book of Treasure, with nothing spooky or scary.

Based off a 1940’s style radio show, “Principals’ Book of Secrets” is about having some silly, lighthearted fun with everyone at the school. With both the students and staff participating, this is an occasion for everyone to experience an adventure together.

This is your opportunity to pull off a full, professional-level program for your whole school, with minimal effort and totally customized to your liking. We’ve taken everything a professional company would use to create a corporate adventure, re-imagined it for schools and students, and provided it to you with easy step by step instructions.

Holiday Road & Staff Party

Holiday Roll runs in the background of any normal workweek in December, automatically engaging your staff with unexpected treats and laughter. Before you know it, everyone seems to be on a mission to drop off an anonymous gift, decorate a friend’s desk, submit a video that will have the whole school laughing, or participate in any number of silly holiday challenges.

We also include an optional bonus round/staff party filled with games and treats. All you do is follow the instructions and laugh along with everyone else. .

Post Holiday Hangover Week

The week back after the holidays can be like trying to start a cold car engine. This year, cleverly welcome staff and students back using our intercom-based, 1940’s serial-style radio show that will have everyone rolling on the floors and filling your halls with laughter. Treats, trivia, and games all help to bring the students’ minds back to the school and make everything run that much easier for the teachers.

Campus Games 2024 - Includes Staff AND Students!

It happens every year towards the end of February: The winter is dragging. You’re dragging. They’re dragging. And everyone seems tired and stressed. What you need is stress relief and an injection of fun…

Your school will demand Campus Games become a yearly tradition in your school. Based off classic board games from Battleship to Hungry, Hungry, Hippos, your teachers will get to show off their skills and compete in fun and games all week.

Teacher Appreciation Week Options

 

This is our #1 program for a total staff appreciation week.

The week centers around an online gameshow that will have your teachers laughing, sending hilarious videos and pictures, doing anonymous challenges, and overall giving you a great excuse to show how much you appreciate all they do.

But this is more than just a game. Your entire appreciation week is setup for you from start to finish. The gameshow will be the focal point, but we’ve also included emails to kick off the week, prize guide, posters, pre-written emails for reaching out to parents and businesses for appreciation messages to display in the lobby, online wheel, huge list of daily challenges, and much more.

Radio Ga-Ga is simply the most fun week of the year. Use our scripts and audio to easily insert voices from your school into the radio show parodies we provide. Everyone will think you came up with them yourselves! Then play the shows over the intercom during announcements or online via podcast.

Your school will CRACK-UP hearing the familiar voices doing their favorite shows, but the genius of this is that the radio show format allows for all types of recognition stories, contests, and giveaways that make for an incredible appreciation week. (who doesn’t love a good radio contest??)

Who Wants to Be a Bellanaire Testing Week Stress Relief

This program has one goal: to uplift and re-energize your faculty and staff during a week when everyone is on edge.  We’ve packed it with puzzles and competition, but everyone works together to beat the gameshow and win the grand prize for the school.

Staff Getaway

The Getaway packet lays everything out for creating a week to relax and re-energize during the long winter, running in the background of any normal school week (no flights or travel agents required), and then culminating in one of the funniest and most joyous staff gatherings you will ever hold.

Weeks before it even begins, schedule a staff meeting for something truly boring, such as mandatory district PD. Then the week of the meeting, you come to the rescue with an amazing email cancelling the meeting and announcing everyone will be using that time for relaxation, island mocktails, and your stand-up comedy act.
