Who we are.

Class Team Building is a collaboration between corporate morale experts and K-12 administrators to finally make professional-level, astonishingly fun, staff community building and morale programs affordable for schools.

Investing in programs that boost staff morale is crucial for schools aiming for academic excellence and student growth. About our programs/games.

These are not typical school “team building” activities. They are adapted from the same professional programs companies like Google and Apple use to keep employees engaged, energized, and genuinely enjoying the experience, with the same humor, creativity, and joy built in.

Each program is different. Some involve the entire school, including students, while others are designed just for staff. What they all share is thoughtful design that respects the realities of educators’ workloads. No extra meetings. No added stress.

How to most effectively use our programs
