Who we are.

Class Team Building is a collaboration between corporate morale experts and K-12 administrators to finally make professional-level, astonishingly fun, staff community building and morale programs affordable for schools.

About our programs/games.

These are not typical school “team building” activities. They are adapted from the same professional programs companies like Google and Apple use to keep employees engaged, energized, and genuinely enjoying the experience, with the same humor, creativity, and joy built in.

Each program is different. Some involve the entire school, including students, while others are designed just for staff. What they all share is thoughtful design that respects the realities of educators’ workloads. No extra meetings. No added stress.

One of the nicest parts is that everyone will assume you came up with it yourself. You get the credit, the positive energy, and the momentum. Our goal is simply to help you create the kind of school climate and culture you have always wanted.

How to most effectively use our programs

Supporting staff morale and reducing stress is not a one-time activity.

More than 2,500 member schools use our Culture Plan as their go-to resource for reducing staff and student burnout and improving retention. While individual programs are sometimes available for purchase when we have room, it’s the year-long plan is where schools see the greatest results.

For $499, each month you’ll always have one of our top programs to ensure your school keeps the positive momentum going, all while keeping it simple and removing the load from your administrator’s plate.

Your fee

The $499 fee covers all your programs and your 24/7 support. For most schools, this would be worth it just for the time it saves your principal and planning committees, but it’s also less than the cost of replacing even one staff member, and far less than the cost of doing nothing. 

We have not raised the price in over six years, despite rising costs everywhere else, because keeping this resource accessible matters.

The Culture Plan is also fully guaranteed. If it does not serve your school well, if it’s not a good fit for any reason, we will make it right or refund your fee.
