We have been using Class Team Building for 2 years now. I cannot tell you what an impact it has had on our faculty. They never know when they may hear from headquarters, receive a special message, or have an opportunity to be part of a team and compete for awesome prizes. It has helped us make new friends, see each other in new and different ways, and enhanced our climate. They are incredible to work with, always responsive to our needs and requests, and an incredible find. I would recommend it, and I have, to school districts, and businesses, if you are looking for fun ways to engage your staff beyond what you have done. It is quick and effortless, they do it all for you, and the payout is beyond anything we could have done on our own.

I just wanted to let you know that my teachers really enjoyed the Staff Care Week!! They really responded well to these activities. Yes. It was super easy, and seeing the teachers really enjoying the activity cards was worth everything. Things like this that don’t require much of the teacher’s time is what they needed and appreciated! One of my teachers told me it was like waking up on Christmas morning excited to see what the activities and prizes would be each day. I’m looking forward to seeing what you guys have next! The Contest was a great team builder and set the mood for a really productive afternoon. Although we weren't grouped with our departments, when we met in the afternoon for the department meeting, I felt it was one of the best department meetings we've had in a long time. The energy was positive, compliments were flying left and right and we got a lot accomplished. Even when we broke out into common course teams, I noticed at least in my own team, we had great discourse in regards to our new units and assessments. Thanks again for all your hard work in making the contest such a success!
Take-a-Spin was a fantastic time, brilliantly designed and it brought the staff together. The main office was filled with joy and shouts and camaraderie. Teachers brought their classes down to cheer them on as they would spin the wheel. Teams of teachers would come to cheer each other on. It did everything I wanted it to do, everything you promised.
I am going to give a big shout out for your Game of Games Teacher Appreciation Week! It's the most fun we have had as a staff in a long time!! I have a staff that is super fun and loves to have a good time so the challenges were right up our alley!! Thank You!

We purchased the Teacher Appreciation Week virtual game package from your team during the spring of 2020 and we had AWESOME feedback from our staff - some saying it was the best TAW they've ever had, even in spite of remote working from home!
Thank you for such a fun way to spend our inservice morning today! After a long work week, I left a little "punchy" yesterday and was ready to go through the motions today to get through the week. What a pleasant surprise today was! I thoroughly needed and enjoyed all of the events today and those leading up to the day. I know we all needed the chance to bond, working cooperatively and getting to one another in a different way! I think that this was one of my favorite in service days in our MRHS history. I feel bad for the staff that missed this event because those of us that were there can share some inside jokes for a long time to come... Thank you for all of your hard work and effort to do this for us!!!
We just completed a week long teambuilding program offered through Class Team Building. IT WAS AMAZING! I can’t tell you how much fun it was and how much positive feedback I received from staff members. We are definitely going to be signing up for membership…it was that great!

Yes, I said at our school board meeting last night that this has been one of the best weeks in my four decades of teaching! Hearing my staff laughing in the halls, especially at this time of year, is a joy to my heart!
