“They are so much fun I can't help myself. Honestly, some of the best activities ever. Super easy to use, and I look like I'm brilliant coming up with these amazing activities… and really, who doesn't want that?!" - Lara Fountain Latto

Who is Class Team Building?

Class Team Building has been supporting schools for over a decade with creative and fun programs for staff appreciation, team building, and total school culture development.

Everyone wants to have happy teachers and a fantastic school community, and we give you a professional, thought-out, and proven plan to get you there.

We love our over 2,000 school members, and we’re consistently reviewed as the best school culture program in the nation.

Tell me about the Telecommuting Teacher Games.

With schools now working remotely, addressing staff morale and staying positive is more important than ever, but how do you do that when everyone is working at home?

Like everyone, we’ve adjusted and realized that many of our programs will work well as remote activities. Every few weeks, for as long as schools remain closed, we’ll provide you with a new activity we’ve converted to work remotely, to provide a spark of fun and a positive way to remain close.

We’ve taken extra care to make these programs super easy AND super flexible for administrators, because that’s what everyone needs right now. Most are as easy as copying and sending emails, with setup taking less than 15 minutes.

To ensure all schools can join during this time, we’ve taken the following steps:

  1. Discounted the membership by $20/month. (This is the biggest discount we can give and still pay our staff and remain open for schools. This discount will remain in effect for the life of your membership, even once schools reopen and the normal price returns, so it's a very good deal to join now.)

  2. Created an email agreement for schools who are unable to arrange payment at this time. For example, if you need a PO but your district office is closed. If this applies to you, Contact Us.

“We absolutely LOVE this! Please let your folks know their efforts are making a huge impact at our school.” -Cole McDonnough
