Teacher Appreciation Week (May 4 – 8) will be here before you know it, and if you haven’t planned anything yet because teachers are all working from home, don’t worry, because we took our most popular professional staff appreciation week and converted it to work remotely… and it might be even better!
We converted our most popular staff appreciation game, a professional game show week, and made it social distancing compliant… and it might be even better this way.
We’ve played this game show with over 2,000 schools, and provide everything you need. Follow our packet, use our online wheel, send our pre-written emails, and you’ve suddenly got the best Teacher Appreciation Week you’ve had in years.
This is a full, professional-level program that we’ve prepared so you can run it at your school with our site and files.
The game runs for 4 days, with the last day being a bonus round. Teachers get to spin once each day, and the wheel lands on either a prize or a daily challenge.
Challenges are the heart of the game, because they are off-the-wall, hilarious, and often heartfelt.
Examples:
“You’ve landed on The Masked Singer Challenge! Record yourself singing a song, this can either be audio or video, but don’t let it reveal your identity. Wow us or make us laugh with you, either way, the more you put into it, the more points you’ll earn.”
“Think of a teacher at our school that you admire. Write one paragraph describing why you admire them. Send it to me, and I will forward it to them anonymously.”
“Get anyone in this school to respond “LOL” to one of your texts, but you can’t tell them beforehand that is the response you are looking for.”
Building and maintaining a great school culture is an ongoing process, so we guide you through every step. Each activity is different and will have everyone interacting, laughing, and filling your halls with smiles and kindness.
Everything is built around the typical school calendar and focuses on different areas each time. You’re always in control and able to schedule, delay, or skip activities whenever you need.
You’ll have expert activities for:
On-boarding new staff and welcome back in August
Classroom builder for students for September
Leadership jump-start
School-wide Principal’s Book of Secrets adventure in October
Student conflict resolution
The best holiday event EVER!
National Teacher/Student Scavenger Hunt lesson booster
Staff stress and cabin fever relief in February
Student winter doldrums buster: The Game of Games!!
The ultimate Teacher Appreciation Week
End-of-year review, survey, and SNL skit
Plus multiple ways to boost everyone’s morale whenever needed.
Your time is freed up to run the school, knowing that your staff appreciation, team building, and morale are in good hands.
