How it works.

Step 1: Send out a link to our 10-minute online survey to gather memories from your staff reviewing the year. 

• 33% of the questions are serious (What is your favorite student success story?)

• 33% gather sentimental/funny memories (When I saw _____ this year, all I could do was SMH)

• 33% are just humorous to add to the review (The staff member who looks most like a celebrity is ______ who looks like ________.)

• You get to edit everything and can include specific questions for your school to dig down for real data (What did we get right this year that we definitely need to do again next year?)

Step 2: Once the results are in, select the best answers and insert them into our hilarious presentation along with favorite pictures from the year which the staff submitted.

What’s the show like?

The presentation begins as an incredibly boring staff development exercise for about 2 minutes before you let everyone into the joke by looking out to the crowd and announcing, “Live from (insert school name) , it’s Saturday Night!!!”

Music plays and tons of pictures from your year pass by on the screen (see sample above), leading to the monologue where you read the script and jokes we’ve provided. The guest band never does show up, but the presentation continues with humor, survey results, a Special Report where you can include discussion topics of your choice. Typical run time is about 15 minutes.
