July/August - The Essential Start-of-Year Community Builder
Set yourself up for success. All your “on-boarding”, welcome back, and team building is done for you with 9 flexible and easy activities to use during your start of year meetings and in-service workdays.

September - “The Teacher Contest!”
“Someone in your school has been leading a double life…!”
Set the tone for the year with this professional, week-long mystery contest that we run for you in the background of any normal workweek, instantly injecting laughter and energy. Consistently rated 10 out of 10, this is the perfect way to bring your entire school family together for unforgettable fun.
Mix grade levels up to increase communication, or keep them together to promote cohesion. Teams are all recruited by different countries to represent them, complete missions, and win this contest! Everything then culminates with one of the most joyous 30-45 minute staff meeting finales that you will ever hold, or a virtual contest if your staff is unable to meet together.

October - Halloween Principal’s Book of Secrets
(Students & Staff Both Participate!)
Based off a 1940’s style radio show, “Principals’ Book of Secrets” is about having silly, lighthearted fun with everyone at the school. With both the students and staff participating, you get to customize everything to create an amazing October experience for your school.
We’ve taken everything a professional company would use to create a corporate adventure, re-imagined it for schools and students, and provided it to you with easy step by step instructions. Works with all levels K-12.

December - Holiday Road & Staff Party
Holiday Road runs in the background of any normal workweek in December, automatically engaging your staff with unexpected treats and laughter. Before you know it, everyone seems to be on a mission to drop off an anonymous gift, decorate a friend’s desk, submit a video that will have the whole school laughing, or participate in any number of silly holiday challenges.
We also include an optional bonus round/staff party filled with games and treats. All you do is follow the instructions and laugh along with everyone else. .

February - Staff Care Week.
It happens every year as the winter drags on, and when your staff suddenly becomes stressed and overworked, that is your sign to come to the rescue with Staff Care Week.
“I just wanted to let you know that my teachers really enjoyed the Staff Care Week!! They really responded well to these activities. Yes. It was super easy. Not a lot of setup time required. And seeing the teachers really enjoying the activity cards was worth a little extra effort. But things like this that don’t require much of the teacher’s time is what they needed and appreciated! One of my teachers told me it was like waking up on Christmas morning excited to see what the activities and prizes would be each day. I’m looking forward to seeing what you guys have next! March - Campus Games 2023!
Your school will demand Campus Games become a yearly tradition in your school. Based off classic board games from Battleship to Hungry, Hungry, Hippos, your teachers will get to show off their skills and compete in fun and games all week.

May - Teacher Appreciation Week!
This is our #1 program for a total staff appreciation week.
The week centers around an online gameshow that will have your teachers laughing, sending hilarious videos and pictures, doing anonymous challenges, and overall giving you a great excuse to show how much you appreciate all they do.
But this is more than just a game. Your entire appreciation week is setup for you from start to finish. The gameshow will be the focal point, but we’ve also included emails to kick off the week, prize guide, posters, pre-written emails for reaching out to parents and businesses for appreciation messages to display in the lobby, online wheel, huge list of daily challenges, and much more.
May - Teacher Appreciation Week Option 2
Radio Ga-Ga is simply the most fun week of the year. Use our scripts and audio to easily insert voices from your school into the radio show parodies we provide. Everyone will think you came up with them yourselves! Then play the shows over the intercom during announcements or online via podcast.
Your school will CRACK-UP hearing the familiar voices doing their favorite shows, but the genius of this is that the radio show format allows for all types of recognition stories, contests, and giveaways that make for an incredible appreciation week. (who doesn’t love a good radio contest??)
But this is more than just funny shows. Your entire appreciation week is taken care of for you. Posters, pre-written letters to parents and businesses, daily emails, prize coupons, and everything else you need to give them the incredible week they deserve, while being stress free on the administrators!
May/June - End of Year Survey & Saturday Night Live Skit
What worked this year? What didn’t? What will you never forget? -- We’ve made it easy to capture everyone’s input and then put it into a hilarious skit based off Weekend Update from Saturday Night Live. Conclude the year laughing and on a high note as everyone begins their summer break.

Bonus - Who Wants to Be a Bellanaire Testing Week Stress Relief
This program has one goal: to uplift and re-energize your faculty and staff during a week when everyone is on edge. We’ve packed it with puzzles and competition, but everyone works together to beat the gameshow and win the grand prize for the school.
