The EASIEST way to execute an amazing end-of-year staff survey and review.

What is it?

Let’s make it easy for you to execute a professional end-of-year survey and then pair it was an amazing presentation review based off Saturday Night Live’s Weekend Update.

The review can be presented during a final staff meeting, whether in person or virtual, or saved as a video for staff to view on their own.

How it works.

Use our online staff survey to gather information reviewing the year.  30% of the questions are serious, 30% gather sentimental memories, 30% are funny, and 10% are just for entertainment as they take the survey.

You’ll get to customize everything and can include specific questions to dig down for real data. You then take the results and insert them into our presentation along with favorite pictures from the year submitted by the staff.

The presentation begins as an incredibly boring staff development exercise for about 2 minutes before you let everyone into the joke by looking out to the crowd to announcing, “Live from _____ , it’s Saturday Night!!!”

Music plays and pictures from your year pass by on the screen, leading to the monologue where you read the script and jokes we’ve provided. The guest band never does show up, but the presentation continues with humor, survey results, a Special Report where you can include discussion topics of your choice. Typical run time is about 15 minutes.

It’s the perfect mix of review and entertainment to finish the year and build your community with memories and laughter.

Reviews:

“We LOVED the end of year SNL skit and just the laughs everything provided during stressful times. Very easy and made sure we ended with a good review rather than simply leaving the building.” --Matt Dias

YES! This was perfect. The pre-written survey was easy on me and the staff sent in hilarious pictures which we peppered throughout the presentation. Everyone was transfixed and then clapping. Typically our yearend meetings feel more like checkout meetings, but this had us all cracking up and we left on a very high note. Thank you!” - Susan Barkley
