Teacher Appreciation Week (May 4 – 8) will be here before you know it, and we make it easy for schools to pull off an AMAZING week, even with teachers working from home.
The week centers around an online game show that will have your teachers laughing, sending hilarious videos and texts, and trading anonymous acts of kindness to bring the whole week together.
Our programs are typically only produced for members, but this year we think everyone deserves a boost in morale and appreciation. Therefore, enjoy this program at this discounted rate, give your teachers a great week, and please consider joining Class Team Building for 2020-2021.
This is more than just a game. Your school’s entire appreciation week is setup for you from start to finish. The game show will be the focal point, but we’ve also included emails to kick off the week, prize guide, organizers for comments from students and parents, signs, online wheel, huge list of daily challenges, etc.
Everything is online and social distancing compliant, but if your school reopens beforehand, everything instantly converts to the live version just by changing the game challenges.

Why so little? For the past 6 years, Class Team Building has produced over 4,000 Teacher Appreciation Weeks for schools, with the average price of $225. This year, because we think all schools need this boost in morale and cheer, we’re offering this telecommuting version at cost. Enjoy, give your teachers a great week, and please consider becoming Class Team Building members for 2020-2021.
“It was exactly what we needed! I haven't laughed that hard with this group of people EVER before! The staff loved it and it helped to cement our foundation of trust and collaboration for the rest of the day's professional development topics. Thanks so much for offering the program to us! I'll be sharing the idea with the rest of my colleagues to use in the future” --Leslie Hochsprung, Principal
“Quite honestly, I was shocked at how much the staff got into it. I have always prided myself on having an upbeat and positive work climate, but I don't think we realized how much we needed something fun to do as a staff until this event came along! In my 14 years, I've never seen anything quite like it. Thank you!” -- Jeffrey Riel, Principal
“Hi Tim, it was beyond my imagination! We had such a great week. Best of all was the laughter and the camaraderie that my staff who works so hard all year exhibited. It was priceless! I rate it 5 stars. I will gather some pictures for you this weekend. Thank you.” --Cindy Donnelly, Principal
“Everyone had a blast. It was the best staff appreciation experience we have had. I really appreciate your help in this. The games were great, and the staff really got excited about what we were doing. I would love to share some of our video clips with you. I may post some of them on YouTube. I will send you the link once I do.” -- Mike Harvey, Principal
The game runs for 4 days, with the last day being a bonus round. Teachers get to spin once each day, and the wheel lands on either a prize or a daily challenge to earn points to be the ultimate winner.
Daily challenges are the heart of the game, because they are off-the-wall, hilarious, and often heartfelt.
Examples:
“You’ve landed on The Masked Singer Challenge! Record yourself singing a song of your choice. This can either be audio or video, but DON’T let it reveal your identity. Wow us or make us laugh with you, either way, the more you put into it, the more points you’ll earn.”
“Think of a teacher at our school that you admire. Write one paragraph describing why you admire them. Send it to me, and I will forward it to them anonymously.”
“Get anyone in this school to respond “LOL” to one of your texts, but you can’t tell them beforehand that is the response you are looking for.”
The only thing you are responsible for are prizes for you own staff, but we give you creative options so even that doesn’t have to cost anything.
Building and maintaining a great school culture is an ongoing process, and we guide you through every step, including both staff and students. Each activity is different and will have everyone interacting, laughing, and filling your halls with smiles and kindness.
Our programs are built around the typical school calendar and focus on different areas each time. You’re always in control and able to schedule, delay, or skip activities whenever you need.
You’ll have expert activities for:
On-boarding new staff and welcome back in August
Classroom Wheel of Fortune for building up students in September
“The Teacher’s Contest” for an instant injection of energy to start the year
